Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement software solutions using Java, Python, and C++.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate enterprise application architectures.
  • Manage application development, testing, and deployment throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Use microservices and API management to improve system integration and functionality.
  • Conduct code reviews, follow coding standards, and troubleshoot software issues.
  • Lead business process improvement initiatives through digital tooling and software engineering practices.
  • Apply continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline development.
  • Design and execute quality assurance testing to validate software performance and reliability.
  • Build client relationships by managing requirements and expectations.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary global teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 4 years of experience required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required.
  • Preference for study in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development is preferred.
  • AI fluency, AI-human collaboration, analytical problem-solving, Java, Python, C++, continuous integration and delivery, client management, and business process improvement experience are preferred.
