Responsibilities
- Build and scale core infrastructure to run and launch thousands of browser and web agents every day.
- Design, implement, and maintain clusters and observability systems.
- Optimize infrastructure performance and scalability, including distributed task queues where applicable.
- Work directly with product, engineering, and founders to rapidly deliver infrastructure improvements.
- Architect the backbone of Spur’s platform and operate infrastructure at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing, shipping, and operating infrastructure at scale.
- Deep expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Ability to work with high autonomy and drive projects independently.
- Understanding of how infrastructure decisions affect product performance and customer experience.
- Preferred experience with distributed task queues, performance and scalability optimization, and scaling infrastructure from 0-to-1 at smaller teams.
