Responsibilities

  • Research, design, and implement methods for efficient Generative AI training and inference.
  • Optimize AI models using quantization, sparsity, architecture search, model compression, and parallelism strategies.
  • Develop algorithmic model optimization and training methods for large-scale AI systems.
  • Integrate AI models into software applications and platforms in collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and publish technical and research work.
  • Stay current with advances in AI algorithms, frameworks, and model-development technologies.

Requirements

  • A master's degree or PhD in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Project experience with generative tasks and familiarity with deep learning frameworks.
  • Experience with large language model scaling and training at scale.
  • Experience with model compression, quantization, and end-to-end inference optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, deep learning, or machine learning.
  • Strong Python coding skills; C or C++ skills are a plus.
  • Ability to write academic papers and contribute technical innovations.
  • Recent publications at conferences such as NeurIPS, CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, ICML, or ICLR are a plus.
  • Experience with LLMs, large multimodal models, stable diffusion, or text-to-video generation is a plus.
