Base Salary

$191k - $291k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise accounts running SAP S/4HANA.
  • Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp's internal teams during high-value implementations.
  • Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with onboarding specialists to support technical workstreams for faster customer success.
  • Problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations.
  • Participate in technical discovery to understand customer S/4HANA environments.
  • Be a subject matter expert on SAP S/4HANA and Ramp's accounting integration capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot S/4HANA integration blockers and guide customers through configuration decisions.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and tooling for S/4HANA integration use cases.
  • Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling customer pain points to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including finance modules.
  • Deep familiarity with S/4HANA finance and accounting workflows.
  • Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
