Base Salary

$191k - $291k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for enterprise and strategic enterprise accounts running SAP S/4HANA.
  • Guide S/4HANA integration, configuration, system design, and complex customer implementations.
  • Assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving S/4HANA, HRIS, and API integrations.
  • Partner with onboarding specialists and implementation leads on technical workstreams to improve time-to-value.
  • Conduct technical discovery of customer S/4HANA environments and recommend appropriate Ramp architecture and API usage.
  • Troubleshoot S/4HANA integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on SAP S/4HANA and Ramp accounting integrations while partnering with Sales, Product, and external partners.
  • Create documentation and tooling to scale support for S/4HANA integration use cases.
  • Channel customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including finance modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models.
  • Deep familiarity with S/4HANA finance and accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and cost center management.
  • Ability to understand APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and explain them to finance and operations stakeholders.
  • Experience advising on non-standard S/4HANA implementations and edge cases while balancing scalability and supportability.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, and ownership skills.
  • Experience in a SaaS or fintech environment is preferred.
