Base Salary
$113k - $151k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Windows desktop applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and support software features.
- Develop and maintain database-driven solutions with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Contribute to improvements in code quality, performance, and development processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Windows desktop software development.
- Proficiency with C++, C#, and Visual Studio for desktop application development.
- Strong experience with ODBC, SQL Server, and LocalDB.
- Knowledge of database design, SQL scripting, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Skills in parallel programming and multithreading techniques.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and the Standard Template Library.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows architecture and backend development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with Microsoft Foundation Class, WPF, XAML, GDI, Direct2D graphics, Python scripting, and automated testing frameworks.
