Base Salary
$100k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop Java Spring Boot microservices using AWS-native technologies for legacy system modernization.
- Build REST services and integrate microservices with NoSQL and MongoDB datastores.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Maven, GitLab, GitOps workflows, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Develop OAuth/OIDC authentication and authorization patterns and follow secure coding and program security policies.
- Build automated test frameworks with Playwright and Cucumber and perform unit, integration, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on requirements, user stories, sprint activities, releases, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education in lieu of degree.
- 9+ years of relevant software development experience with a bachelor's degree, or 7+ years with a master's degree, in DoD/IC classified development environments.
- Active TS/SCI clearance, Full Scope Polygraph, and a Counterintelligence investigation completed within the last five years.
- Proficiency in at least two of Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
- Experience with microservices, CI/CD tooling, AWS, Maven, GitLab, GitOps, Kubernetes, Docker, NoSQL or MongoDB, OAuth/OIDC, Playwright, and Cucumber.
- Experience modernizing legacy operational systems and familiarity with classified network and SCIF-based development workflows are desired.
