Responsibilities
- Provide systems reliability engineering and production management services for high-touch sales and trading systems.
- Support FIX and exchange connectivity.
- Design, build, and maintain systems in collaboration with engineering and development teams.
- Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, and applications.
- Create automation for service deployment, management, and visibility.
- Identify and address system reliability risks.
- Participate in global follow-the-sun support.
- Represent Reliability & Production Engineering in design reviews and operational readiness exercises.
- Handle incidents affecting critical systems in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Linux and Python skills.
- Interest in distributed systems and highly scalable, reliable services.
- Ability to solve difficult technical problems and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong ownership, drive, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Korean.
- FIX protocol experience is preferred.
- Understanding of financial markets is preferred.
- Familiarity with KRX, NXT, and Koscom is preferred.
