Responsibilities

  • Provide systems reliability engineering and production management services for high-touch sales and trading systems and exchange connectivity.
  • Work with engineering and development teams to design, build, and maintain systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, and application layers.
  • Identify and implement automation for service deployment, management, and visibility.
  • Identify and address system reliability risks proactively.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams on a follow-the-sun basis.
  • Represent Reliability & Production Engineering in design reviews and operational readiness exercises.
  • Handle incidents involving critical systems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Linux and Python skills.
  • FIX protocol experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
  • Understanding of financial markets is preferred.
  • Familiarity with KRX, NXT, and Koscom is preferred.
  • Interest in distributed systems and highly scalable, reliable services.
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems, adapt to change, and work effectively in a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated ownership, drive, and willingness to grow as an engineer.
