Responsibilities
- Lead the Bravura Sonata Wealth Management product for clients in accordance with UK and European compliance standards.
- Act as the primary SME and consultant for Bravura Sonata application code package changes and maintenance.
- Write SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts for client requirements and product database scans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues involving data corrections.
- Respond to client inquiries about data scans and business report issues.
- Support Sonata Workflow development and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial wealth and asset management.
- Experience with Bravura Sonata Wealth Management from both functional and technical perspectives.
- Knowledge of Sonata RDA, databases, data models, business processes, integrations, and UK wealth management products such as Retirement Accounts, SIPP, and ISA.
- Experience with database management systems and PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, ITIL processes, ITSM tools, JIRA, ServiceNow, and helpdesk interactions.
- Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
