Responsibilities

Review vendor code for quality, efficiency, standards compliance, and best practices.
Provide feedback and recommendations for code improvements and collaborate with vendors on issue resolution.
Develop and maintain code review guidelines and processes.
Collaborate with business analysts and quality engineers on user story elaboration, test automation, and bug fixes.
Participate in architectural discussions and influence system design.
Design and develop reusable components, microservices, and containerized applications.
Work with deployment and DevOps teams on continuous integration, build, release automation, and application deployments.
Review source code scan reports and coordinate remediation with vendors.
Translate business requirements into system and application architecture specifications with stakeholders.
Research Java technologies and emerging technologies and recommend appropriate changes.

At least 2 years of experience serving as a technical lead across the full software development lifecycle is preferred.
Strong proficiency in software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Java, containers, Kubernetes, reusable components, and microservices.
Knowledge of shell scripts, operating systems, and Oracle databases.
Proven experience with DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and deployment.
Knowledge of OpenShift Container Platform is advantageous.
Knowledge of SWIFT architecture and systems is advantageous.
Experience with Singapore payment systems is advantageous.
Relevant certifications such as Java, AWS Solutions Architect, or Kubernetes certifications are advantageous.
Knowledge of change management and business process improvement is advantageous.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
