Responsibilities
- Plan, design, execute, and automate testing activities for large-scale ERP implementations and digital transformation programs.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, and related enterprise platforms.
- Create test plans, scenarios, cases, scripts, test data, and traceability matrices from business requirements and functional specifications.
- Test ERP business processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Lead to Cash, and supply chain and warehouse operations.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams.
- Build, execute, maintain, and optimize codeless and code-based automated test suites using Leapwork and Playwright.
- Analyze automation results and provide recommendations to improve test coverage, maintainability, and execution efficiency.
- Create and manage test plans, suites, cycles, defect workflows, testing metrics, status reports, defect trends, and quality dashboards using Azure DevOps and Jira.
- Participate in test estimation, planning, risk assessment, environment management, and release validation activities.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and use AI to support automated test-suite development.
- Contribute to testing AI-enabled applications and generative AI solutions, including validation of output accuracy, consistency, reliability, security, and responsible AI principles.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
- Strong experience with both manual testing and automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
- Experience creating detailed test scenarios and scripts from business requirements.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP business process testing, including O2C, P2P, R2R, and L2C, is preferred.
- Experience with API testing and integration testing is preferred.
- Exposure to performance testing concepts and tools is preferred.
- Experience with AI-assisted testing for test design, test data generation, automation development, defect analysis, and testing efficiency is preferred.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar generative AI tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI quality risks such as hallucinations, prompt sensitivity, non-deterministic responses, bias, data grounding issues, explainability, and model drift is preferred.
