Responsibilities
- Build high-performance, production-grade web applications with ReactJS.
- Design and maintain component architecture, state management, routing, responsive interfaces, accessibility, and frontend performance.
- Implement data fetching, form management, internationalization, enterprise data grids, and REST API integrations.
- Translate Figma wireframes and prototypes into consistent user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain automated end-to-end tests, browser automation, error tracking, performance monitoring, and feature-flagged rollouts.
- Identify and remediate vulnerabilities using secure coding practices.
- Participate in Git workflows, Agile delivery ceremonies, requirements analysis, code reviews, documentation, and production support.
- Build, test, and deploy applications through CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
- Collaborate with business, product, and UX teams while mentoring colleagues and owning work through deployment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience and 5+ years of production ReactJS experience.
- Strong proficiency with ReactJS, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, CSS Modules, and SCSS.
- Experience with modern state management, routing, performance optimization, component libraries, AG Grid, React Query or SWR, and react-hook-form or Formik.
- Experience with server-side rendering and file-based routing, as well as responsive and accessible design.
- Experience consuming REST APIs and working with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications and code-generation workflows such as NSwag or openapi-generator.
- Experience with Playwright or Cypress, Sentry or equivalent monitoring, feature-flag systems, and secure coding practices.
- Proficiency with Git, GitLab CI, Docker, Jira, and full software development lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of gRPC-Web, micro-frontend architecture, SQL Server or PostgreSQL, and relational database fundamentals.
- Experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS and monitoring tools such as Application Insights or Datadog.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS domains and the ability to collaborate, communicate, mentor, learn quickly, and take ownership.
