Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable backend services and APIs
- Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly frontend applications
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and implement features
- Write clean, documented, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack
- Improve development processes and tools
- Identify and solve technical challenges while keeping current with technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience with a backend programming language such as Go or Python
- Experience with a modern frontend framework or technology such as Next.js, TypeScript, React, or Vue.js
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Exposure to Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Supervised Fine-Tuning, or Vector Databases is a plus
- GCP certifications such as Professional Cloud Developer or Professional Data Engineer are a plus
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment is a plus
- Experience with Google SecOps and Chronicle is encouraged
