Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop agent architecture primitives that are steerable, verifiable, conversational, and empathetic.
- Build retrieval systems that ground agent responses in customer knowledge bases and handle ambiguity or clarification.
- Create evaluation, simulation, and benchmarking systems to measure and improve AI agent quality.
- Develop low-latency voice interactions and no-code content management tools for guiding and testing agents.
- Adapt the agent development lifecycle and build generative tools and self-improving systems for agent creation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Experience building and shipping full-stack solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Passion for frontier AI products and motivation to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy environment.
- Preferred: experience building AI-powered products, a strong eye for design, Go and TypeScript experience, developer tooling, programming languages or database experience, and technical project or team leadership experience.
