Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize dispatching algorithms for manufacturing resource, task, and route allocation.
- Develop dashboards and automation solutions to streamline factory production and reduce human intervention.
- Maintain servers and provide related configuration, upgrade, troubleshooting, application-team, and virtual-machine support.
- Coordinate system-enhancement projects and communicate requirements with users.
- Support application migration and participate in technical training from headquarters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong programming and software-engineering skills, including data pipelines, APIs, automated testing, and performance optimization.
- Applied expertise in one or more of computer vision, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, optimization algorithms, or scheduling, with the ability to guide work across adjacent domains.
- Familiarity with C, C++, C#, Java, Python, HTML5, SQL, or VBA.
- Experience with operation algorithms and artificial intelligence is preferred.
- Experience with system-infrastructure architecture, including VMware, Linux or Microsoft solutions, Nginx, Kubernetes, or Docker, is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard computer equipment.
- Strong collaboration, communication, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.
