Responsibilities
- Scale the core ledger tracking digital and physical money movement.
- Scale card network integrations supporting in-store payments.
- Build reconciliation infrastructure across the partner bank, payment processors, merchants, and card networks.
- Build financial reporting and accounting integrations for merchants.
- Design and maintain payment APIs and SDKs.
- Build enterprise-readiness features including SSO and RBAC.
- Design and ship incentives, analytics, and other products that drive merchant end-user adoption and engagement.
- Scale cloud infrastructure toward fully containerized, blue-green deployment.
- Own the end-to-end design, implementation, and release of features.
- Design engineering processes, contribute to engineering infrastructure, prototype ideas, and help grow the engineering team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience independently owning and driving scalable, impactful projects end to end.
- Experience building fast, reliable cloud applications.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate and able to work closely with the team in person.
- Familiarity with Golang web frameworks, AWS, and Postgres is preferred.
- Experience with core ledgers, money movement platforms or services, or merchant-facing APIs for in-app or online POS is preferred.
- Experience at a growth-stage startup, mentoring team members, and working closely with designers is a plus.
