Responsibilities
- Own backend technical initiatives from requirements to deployment.
- Define and evolve backend architecture for Python-based platforms.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Integrate machine learning models and data pipelines into production.
- Collaborate with product managers and ML engineers on technical solutions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in their technical growth.
- Lead CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot production issues.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing backend systems using Python.
- Strong experience in designing scalable APIs and microservices.
- Experience integrating ML models and data pipelines.
- Solid understanding of Python deployment and cloud-native practices.
- Familiarity with AWS and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Prior experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
