Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models capable of processing and generating natural language.
- Design, train, optimize, evaluate, and deploy scalable and robust neural network architectures.
- Analyze model performance, refine parameters, and implement improvements using relevant metrics.
- Lead team decisions, provide solutions across multiple teams, and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with data engineering, research, and cross-functional teams to align model development with business objectives.
- Coordinate integration of language models into broader applications and systems.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong knowledge of training large-scale models on extensive datasets with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Familiarity with unlabeled text data and unsupervised learning methods.
- Ability to evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and implement improvements.
- Ability to collaborate with data engineering and research teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
