Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, low-latency ad server features.
- Apply software development and documentation best practices while delivering high-quality code.
- Create software designs for assigned tasks and contribute to technical approaches for new product development.
- Troubleshoot existing features and issues in live production.
- Write clean, modular, and loosely coupled code.
- Work with teams and senior engineers to achieve product and technical goals.
- Use AI-assisted coding, automation, prompt engineering, and generative AI tools to improve development, debugging, and documentation workflows.
- Understand end-to-end product functionality and deliver work independently and on time.
Requirements
- Four or more years of development experience with C/C++ in Linux/UNIX environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, such as Computer Science or Information Technology, or an equivalent degree.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, operating systems, system programming, multithreading, multiprocessing, and memory management.
- Working knowledge of Perl, Python, or Shell scripting.
- Experience working with databases, preferably MySQL.
- Go language experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of different AI models and prompt engineering.
- Ability to understand the strengths and limitations of LLM-generated code.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
