Responsibilities
- Perform infrastructure engineering assignments supporting the development, maintenance, optimization, and stability of systems and services.
- Analyze requirements and solve straightforward to moderately complex technical issues using established guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Deliver high-quality work independently while coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
- Support the implementation and improvement of processes to promote efficient information flow and execution.
- Contribute to platform stability and enhancements through continuous improvement and technical knowledge.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and initiatives.
- Plan, administer, and provide technical support for operating system capabilities.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, test, and implement software solutions and infrastructure improvements.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Linux/Unix, preferably RHEL.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure.
- Experience using Terraform, Ansible, or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
- Experience with Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus monitoring tools.
- Ability to analyze situations, apply sound judgment, work independently within established guidelines, and solve technical problems.
- Strong coordination, collaboration, communication, and information-management skills.
- Ability to apply technical knowledge to deliver reliable and efficient solutions and align technical work with organizational goals.
