Responsibilities
- Monitor and support quality assurance outputs through report creation and analysis.
- Collaborate with QA management and analysts on defect scope and QA data impacts.
- Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track QA output.
- Assemble and analyze materials to generate reports for management.
- Provide data quality assurance checks to ensure proper documentation of sprints.
- Support QA management and operations by maintaining holistic QA reporting.
- Identify and triage system issues with associates, capturing requirements for enhancements.
- Guide and respond to staff inquiries regarding systems and processes.
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years of related experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Experience in solution-based roles is preferred; industry knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and judgment skills to evaluate situations and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
