Responsibilities
- Learn software development tools, best practices, and programming concepts with mentor guidance.
- Collaborate with peers across the software development lifecycle.
- Complete simple coding tasks independently.
- Document, implement, and test high-quality software features with peer and mentor assistance.
- Participate constructively in design discussions and code reviews.
- Submit code for review and incorporate feedback from team leads.
- Develop basic business-domain knowledge within one month and detailed knowledge within three months.
- Explain the advantages of implemented software solutions.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a four-year Computer Science or related degree program.
- Basic programming skills in Java.
- Strong teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
