Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable solutions to improve multilingual LLM performance.
- Develop large-scale data-processing systems and ML pipelines.
- Advance multilingual language technology and NLP capabilities.
- Publish research findings and contribute to academic discourse in top-tier venues.
- Mentor junior team members and shape global best practices in multilingual AI and NLP.
- Work independently, communicate across technical and research communities, and deliver results efficiently.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in large-scale data processing and ML pipeline development.
- Expertise in Python and software engineering best practices.
- Deep understanding of multilingual data challenges and NLP fundamentals.
- Strong publication record or demonstrated research potential.
- Passion for advancing language technology and the ability to communicate across technical and research communities.
