Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test scenarios for Oracle Fusion and enterprise integrations.
- Perform end-to-end integration testing across Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, EDI transactions, and external applications.
- Validate inbound and outbound interface data, backend database results, JSON/XML payloads, and business rules.
- Test REST and SOAP APIs using Postman or similar API testing platforms.
- Execute system integration testing, regression testing, and release validation activities.
- Investigate integration failures through log reviews and transaction validation and assist with root cause analysis.
- Document defects with reproduction steps and business impact details.
- Collaborate with developers and functional teams to validate fixes and ensure test coverage.
- Support quarterly Oracle Fusion release validation and production readiness activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of software quality assurance experience focused on integration testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and defect management processes.
- Hands-on backend testing and database validation experience with strong SQL skills.
- Experience testing REST and/or SOAP APIs and validating JSON and XML payloads.
- Test automation experience using any programming language.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Preferred: experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud, enterprise integration and middleware platforms, EDI transactions, Oracle Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes, integration monitoring tools, and TOSCA automation testing.
