Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and become the subject-matter expert for an existing Python codebase while planning its next-generation architecture.
- Develop a deep understanding of complex business structures and translate them into clean, reliable code.
- Build tools and automation that help Accounting teams execute updates with minimal manual intervention.
- Design and implement scalable reporting infrastructure for compensation reports.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement calculation logic for individual deal structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Interest or experience in capital markets or finance.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
- Experience with Linux operating systems, Git, and cloud computing platforms.
- Preferred: familiarity with multi-manager hedge funds and portfolio manager deal structures.
- Preferred: experience working with accounting and finance teams.
- Preferred: ability to read legal documents and translate their logic into code.
