Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.
- Develop reusable Terraform modules and manage infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes platforms, particularly Azure Kubernetes Service, including lifecycle management, monitoring, scaling, security, and availability.
- Implement GitOps workflows with Flux CD and manage deployments through Git repositories.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Create self-service platform capabilities that help development teams deploy applications efficiently.
- Monitor platforms, troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and improve reliability.
- Support cloud governance, security, access management, cost optimization, technical documentation, and platform standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and platform adoption.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and enterprise-scale cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Azure networking, identity management, access control, and security.
- Proven experience using Terraform, including reusable modules, remote state management, multi-environment deployments, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Strong practical experience with Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service workloads.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes ingress controllers, networking, storage, scaling, and observability.
- Hands-on experience with GitOps principles and Flux CD.
- Strong experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with branching strategies, pull request workflows, and repository governance.
- Experience monitoring systems, troubleshooting production incidents, and performing root-cause analysis.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
