Responsibilities
- Translate requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into working internal tools and automations.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and proactively automate them.
- Scope, build, test, and ship end-to-end software solutions using AI coding tools.
- Develop varied projects including reporting automations and internal sales tools.
- Prioritize work that unblocks the business and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Document tools and automations so the wider team can use and maintain them.
Requirements
- Up to two years of professional experience, including early-career candidates.
- Experience independently delivering working software with AI coding tools.
- Experience automating recurring manual workflows through code.
- Ability to scope, build, test, and ship internal tools or automations end to end.
- Experience working with multiple teams or stakeholders and documenting software for others to maintain.
- Comfort with ambiguous requests, strong prioritization skills, and curiosity about commercial and operational workflows.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
