Responsibilities
- Turn requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into working tools and automations.
- Identify recurring manual processes and automate them proactively.
- Scope, build, test, and ship end-to-end solutions using AI coding tools.
- Develop projects such as reporting automations and internal sales tools.
- Prioritize work, communicate trade-offs, and document solutions for teammates.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or early-career candidate with up to two years of professional experience.
- Evidence of independently delivering working software with AI coding tools and automating recurring workflows through code.
- Experience taking internal tools or automations from scoping through testing and release.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and collaborate with multiple teams or stakeholders.
- Strong prioritization skills and curiosity about commercial and operational workflows.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
