Responsibilities
- Develop and improve backend systems through greenfield development and enhancements to existing products.
- Build microservices and APIs supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, crypto liquidity, and other financial systems.
- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing systems using Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver maintainable business logic and products with customer impact.
Requirements
- Demonstrable backend development experience and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or another relevant science discipline.
- A track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Strong communication skills, including fluent written and verbal English, along with an ambitious, results-driven approach.
