Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain core systems for the AI platform.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of the platform.
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Create a self-serve infrastructure platform for engineering teams.
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines and release management.
- Architect and operate distributed systems with databases and ML models.
- Develop core data serving abstractions and security features.
- Integrate stack with enterprise customer environments.
- Enhance observability tooling for platform health.
- Lead incident management and improve system resilience.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of hands-on development experience in technical products.
- Strong inclination towards building automation and maintainable systems.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code.
- Hands-on expertise in CI/CD systems and container orchestration.
- Experience with observability tools.
- Experience in incident response and operating distributed systems.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
