Responsibilities
- Research and develop dynamic threshold-setting mechanisms for intelligent CC mitigation using real-time traffic analysis.
- Improve precision against HTTP flood attacks while reducing manual configuration.
- Implement behavioral analysis to distinguish legitimate users from malicious bots and identify request anomalies.
- Optimize Web Application Firewall adaptive learning to reduce false positives and detect evasive gray-market activity.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or another STEM discipline.
- Familiarity with common security concepts, vulnerabilities, and exploitation techniques.
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, or C/C++.
- Ability to solve problems, work independently, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: participation in CTF competitions, bug bounty programs, or similar security challenges.
- Preferred: published vulnerabilities, such as CVEs, or contributions to security research or tools.
- Preferred: familiarity with cloud, container, network, or mobile application security.
