Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom automation solutions throughout the project lifecycle using Appian’s low-code platform.
- Integrate external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and scalable APIs.
- Create relational data models in production and optimize database designs through complex SQL queries, joins, and views.
- Analyze client business processes and translate them into functional and technical system requirements.
- Collaborate with client technical teams and business stakeholders to drive platform adoption and train users.
- Work with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery practices and travel up to 20% for customer engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a closely related technical field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on software development or technical implementation consulting experience.
- Fluent English and Dutch language skills.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, database design, and complex SQL development.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate client business processes into functional and technical system requirements.
- Preferred familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, Elastic Containers, AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, automated test suites, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
