Responsibilities
- Assist with technical integration projects under the guidance of senior Solutions Engineers.
- Support customer integrations by implementing defined processes and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Help design and document technical solutions for customer setups and system configurations.
- Learn about customer needs, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms to provide basic technical guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier engineering school or equivalent.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English; Spanish and German are a plus.
- Strong eagerness to learn, technical curiosity, problem-solving ability, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Preferred experience with software engineering, APIs, development tools, Postman, JSON, REST APIs, system integrations, Shopify, WooCommerce, ERPs, databases, or SQL.
- Interest in logistics technology, e-commerce, or Bigblue’s ecosystem.
