Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI workflows that interpret PSA and RMM signals, coordinate vendor API calls, and support automated decision-making across customer environments.
- Develop behavioral anomaly detection models and signals for scope escalation, abnormal decision paths, unexpected tool usage, and output-volume anomalies.
- Build evaluation harnesses and benchmark pipelines for model and agent quality, latency, reliability, and safety.
- Translate machine learning and systems research into tested production implementations.
- Contribute to OpenAPI-based connector generation and integration workflows across MSP, security, and IT management platforms.
- Integrate AI workloads with durable execution platforms supporting retries, partial failures, recovery, and long-running workflows.
- Partner with Platform, Security, and Product teams on monitoring, fallbacks, permissions, guardrails, and auditability.
Requirements
- Experience developing and operating production AI or machine learning systems using Python or a comparable programming language.
- Experience building LLM or agent workflows with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or a similar orchestration framework.
- Experience integrating Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Vertex AI, or another model provider into production applications.
- Experience building evaluation harnesses, benchmark pipelines, or automated tests for model or agent behavior.
- Experience implementing machine learning or systems research techniques in production software.
- Preferred: experience with behavioral anomaly detection, time-series analysis, statistical baselining, or outlier detection.
- Preferred: experience with event-driven systems using Kafka or similar messaging technologies.
- Preferred: experience with Temporal or another durable workflow orchestration platform.
- Preferred: experience with ClickHouse or another columnar analytics data store.
- Preferred: experience with API integrations, OpenAPI tooling, connector-generation pipelines, workflow automation, enterprise security products, MSP tooling, or IT operations platforms.
