Responsibilities

Participate in design decisions for new and existing applications and escalate issues when needed.
Develop software solutions for PDI products.
Prepare project status updates and risk assessments for management.
Perform engineering-level testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and validation of software issues.
Collaborate with QA Engineers on product test plans and resolve defects found during release stabilization.
Work with Product Owners to clarify and estimate feature work.
Document software solutions and compile test results to support problem solving.

Requires 5–7 years of experience designing and developing or maintaining software applications in a software product development environment.
Requires proficiency in one or more of .NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, JavaScript web frameworks such as React, or ASP.NET MVC.
Requires proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps or Jira.
Requires experience using AI development tools, ideally Claude, including agentic development methods.
Requires experience with a full web stack or relational databases and familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Requires computer science fundamentals including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures and algorithms.
Requires strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, prioritization, and independent working skills.
