Base Salary
$210k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Prototype, test, and deploy new end-to-end product features.
- Design abstractions for the firm-intelligence layer on top of raw data ingestion.
- Scale data processing from 2TB per day to 50TB per day.
- Architect the existing 1TB-per-day pipeline to scale to 100TB per day.
- Own features and their results from development through production and beyond.
- Participate in interviewing every engineering candidate and contribute to team composition.
Requirements
- Demonstrate ownership by shipping features and owning their results.
- Work empathetically from the customer’s perspective and prioritize customer happiness.
- Be resourceful and capable of independently investigating and fixing bugs.
- Be comfortable exploring unresolved technical problems through rigorous experimentation.
- Be willing to contribute to hiring and team-building activities.

- $210,000–$270,000 base salary plus 0.25%–0.75% equity.
