Responsibilities
- Run 1-to-many onboarding and enablement programs to help customers achieve value quickly.
- Build reusable technical assets like playbooks and troubleshooting guides to standardize best practices.
- Use product usage signals to track program impact and continuously improve customer journeys.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/Keras and PyTorch Lightning.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organized and outcomes-driven with the ability to measure impact and iterate.
