Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of mobile communication services like SMS, MMS, and RCS.
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable backend architectures.
- Architect, design, and develop high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Ensure high product quality through rigorous code reviews and testing strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement by debugging issues and implementing enhancements.
- Take end-to-end ownership of critical platform components.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building scalable backend systems using Java, Python, Ruby, or similar technologies.
- Strong academic background in computer science and distributed systems design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with distributed systems and data infrastructure technologies like Kafka and NoSQL databases.
