Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Maintain and improve existing software to increase reliability and performance.
- Analyze system metrics and logs to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Integrate application monitoring tools with custom software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Document development processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members and develop subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Dynatrace APM.
- Proficiency in Dynatrace APM is required.
- Experience with Splunk and Datadog is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze system metrics and logs to resolve performance issues.
- At least 15 years of full-time education is required.
