Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and refine Reducto Studio features including document viewers, extraction workflows, data visualization, and editing interfaces.
- Create intuitive user interfaces that simplify complex document workflows.
- Ideate, prototype, and deliver features such as form filling, translations, document editing, and document classification.
- Implement real-time collaboration features and responsive interfaces across devices.
- Use the design system and Next.js, Tailwind, and Convex stack to ship high-quality features quickly.
- Experiment with interaction patterns for AI-powered document processing.
- Work directly with founders and customers to shape product direction using user feedback.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building applications with modern frameworks.
- Exceptional TypeScript and React skills.
- Strong design sensibility spanning both technical and visual aspects of product experiences.
- Ability to prototype, debug, experiment, iterate quickly, and work across the full development lifecycle.
- Strong product intuition, high quality standards, agency, and willingness to work in a fast-moving early-stage environment.
- Preferred: experience founding a company or building products at an early-stage company.
- Preferred: experience with document viewers, PDF rendering, or complex data visualization.
- Preferred: familiarity with current frontend engineering and design system developments.
