Responsibilities
- Build and refine core features of Reducto Studio, including document viewers and extraction workflows.
- Create intuitive UIs that simplify complex document workflows.
- Ideate, prototype, and deliver new features like form filling and document classification.
- Implement real-time collaboration features and responsive interfaces.
- Work within the design system and stack to ensure fast shipping of high-quality products.
- Experiment with new interaction patterns to enhance AI-powered document processing.
- Collaborate directly with founders and customers to inform product direction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building applications with modern frameworks.
- Exceptional skills in TypeScript and React.
- Strong design sensibility and understanding of product experiences.
- Ability to build tools for prototyping and development.
- Quantitative approach to product development with hands-on experience in the full lifecycle.
