Responsibilities
- Support development and testing of AI agents under senior-engineer mentorship.
- Apply prompt engineering fundamentals to assigned domain tasks.
- Write and maintain integration code connecting AI systems to GitHub, Azure DevOps, Linear, and Confluence.
- Build and validate Model Context Protocol server components.
- Maintain and document AI skills and plugins in the shared plugin library.
- Review and log AI model outputs for quality tracking and improvement.
- Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the team’s development workflow.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, standups, and planning sessions.
- Contribute to internal documentation, Confluence pages, and runbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Programming experience demonstrated through coursework or personal projects using Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
- Familiarity with version control concepts and basic software development workflows.
- Academic or project exposure to APIs, data structures, or software testing practices.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn quickly, collaboration, attention to detail, clear communication, ethical judgment, and structured problem-solving skills.
