Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered automations that orchestrate large language models to classify, extract, summarize, and route information.
- Configure intelligent document processing using optical character recognition and AI-based extraction.
- Engineer prompts and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, edge cases, and correct business outcomes.
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions on low-code platforms including custom validation rules and integrations.
- Create customer experiences using n8n and Retool.
- Integrate Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and other systems through REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and API keys.
- Work with document management systems to improve digital content storage and access.
- Apply version control, testing, validation, error handling, logging, and documentation practices.
- Analyze, enhance, test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in software platforms and business processes.
- Assist with business-requirements discovery and documentation.
- Retrieve and transform data from sources including SQL and Excel.
- Follow CoE governance, change-management, and sensitive-data handling requirements such as GLBA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- At least one year of office-environment, internship, or related experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to rapidly learn and apply new technology and demonstrate customer focus, leadership, results orientation, ethics, innovation, and immersion.
- Exposure to large language models, prompt engineering, intelligent document processing, or basic retrieval and embedding concepts is preferred.
- Experience with n8n, Retool, Base64.ai, Automation Anywhere, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and an object-oriented language such as C#/.NET is preferred.
- Familiarity with API integrations using Java, JavaScript, SQL, C#, Python, or a similar coding or query language is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git or Azure DevOps is preferred.
