Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications powering core products and platforms.
Build responsive and performant user interfaces with React.
Develop and maintain Go backend services using event-driven architectures.
Work with microservices in Docker- and Kubernetes-based containerized environments.
Participate in architecture discussions and improve system performance and maintainability.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features end to end.
Monitor and debug production code and contribute to reliability and performance improvements.
Write automated tests and follow CI/CD practices for quality deployments.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
Join the on-call rotation and assist with production incidents.

2–4 years of full-stack development experience.
Proficiency in React and modern frontend development practices.
Backend experience with Go or a similar language.
Understanding of microservices architecture and event-based communication patterns.
Exposure to container orchestration and cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes and Docker.
Basic understanding of observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and analyze system behavior.
Experience with React Native, Kafka or equivalent streaming platforms, Redis or other in-memory data stores, AWS, GCP, Azure, ClickHouse, Postgres, internal platforms, or developer-facing tools is beneficial.
Interest or background in gaming, payments, commerce systems, adtech, or offer monetization platforms is beneficial.
