Base Salary
$207k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, low-latency services and APIs.
- Develop and optimize forward and reverse proxies for performance and security.
- Build instrumentation, monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities.
- Use AI development tools and agentic frameworks to accelerate coding, testing, and problem-solving.
- Guide and mentor junior developers and lead architectural decisions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and development practices to improve system architecture and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing in Go, including low-latency applications and multi-tenant B2B SaaS architectures.
- Expertise in Go and proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with network protocols and concepts, monitoring, and observability tools.
- Experience developing forward and reverse proxies is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools and integrating AI assistance into development workflows.
- Experience with agentic frameworks and context engineering is highly desirable.
- Public API design and engineering experience is beneficial.
- Familiarity with LLMs as a product domain, including embeddings, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering, is a plus.
- Ability to lead projects with minimal guidance, solve complex problems, analyze systems, and communicate technical ideas clearly.
Benefits
- Annual base pay is $206,800.00-$310,200.00, with potential incentive compensation, bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits.
