Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end architectures and reusable reference patterns for production-grade GenAI and AI systems.
  • Architect scalable RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems.
  • Evaluate large language models, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, integration tools, and cloud-native AI services.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, security teams, developers, and business leaders to align AI solutions with organizational needs.
  • Embed governance, privacy, ethical, compliance, and security considerations throughout the AI lifecycle.
  • Guide model deployment, monitoring, performance optimization, model drift handling, retraining, and lifecycle management.
  • Drive scalable and performant cloud-based AI adoption and translate AI advancements and regulations into strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience architecting large-scale AI/ML systems in production environments.
  • Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and deep learning practices.
  • Strong knowledge of large language model architectures, fine-tuning techniques, and deployment strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with agentic GenAI frameworks and integration protocols.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of MLOps principles, including observability, model governance, CI/CD pipelines, and retraining workflows.
  • Ability to communicate complex AI strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to responsible AI, governance, and ethical considerations.
  • Experience scaling AI solutions in telecom or similarly complex enterprise environments is a bonus.
