Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end GenAI solution architecture from ideation, feasibility analysis, and PoCs through MVP design and production implementation.
- Lead architecture workshops and translate business problems into scalable, secure GenAI architectures.
- Design and validate RAG pipelines, including chunking, retrieval, embeddings, reranking, and grounding.
- Define prompt engineering, prompt evaluation, reasoning, explainability, and regression-management standards.
- Architect agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and custom orchestration layers.
- Design FastAPI-based services, JWT authentication, authorization, data controls, vector database architectures, and embedding lifecycles.
- Lead AWS GenAI cloud architecture and guide DynamoDB access patterns, performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Evaluate and govern AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI usage based on enterprise requirements.
- Establish LLMOps practices for versioning, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, rollback, and governance.
- Define observability, guardrails, responsible AI, data protection, and compliance strategies.
- Review architecture decisions, PoC sign-offs, MVP readiness, and production certification.
- Mentor senior engineers, architects, and managers and advise leadership on GenAI feasibility, risks, timelines, and adoption strategy.
Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or AI platform design.
- Five years of GCP experience.
- BTech, Master’s, or PhD qualification.
- Strong expertise in Python and object-oriented programming.
- Deep hands-on experience with RAG architectures, retrieval optimization, chain-of-thought, guardrails, prompt engineering, and prompt evaluation.
- Advanced experience with LangChain and LangGraph or comparable agentic AI frameworks.
- Expertise in FastAPI, API-led enterprise architecture, AWS architecture, and DynamoDB.
- Experience with secure system design using JWT authentication.
- Deep understanding of vector databases and embedding optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI.
- Strong knowledge of LLMOps, including evaluation pipelines, deployment, monitoring, versioning, and governance.
- Preferred experience with enterprise chatbots, copilots, analytics-driven GenAI platforms, regulated environments, GenAI thought leadership, and the insurance domain.
- Ability to convert ambiguous ideas into working PoCs and MVPs while balancing innovation, cost, performance, and enterprise risk.
- Strong stakeholder communication, technical influence, and architectural ownership.
