Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions and components for SAP HANA environments.
- Perform database programming, performance tuning, debugging, testing, and maintenance of complex SAP software.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Coordinate project activities to support timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams on key technical and project decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate clear communication among stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA and experience developing and optimizing custom code for SAP HANA.
- Strong knowledge of database programming and performance tuning within SAP systems.
- Ability to use modern development frameworks and agile software delivery practices.
- Skill in debugging, testing, and maintaining complex software components.
- 15 years of full-time education.
