Responsibilities
- Translate business and technical requirements into reusable AWS-native AI-enabled product assets.
- Design and build agent configurations, orchestration frameworks, intelligent workflows, and scalable AI-native architectures.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code templates, deployment accelerators, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native AI products.
- Create evaluation, testing, validation, monitoring, and quality frameworks for AI-enabled products.
- Establish engineering standards, coding practices, governance, version control, release management, and continuous improvement processes.
- Collaborate with sales pursuit, solution architecture, engineering, delivery, product, and business stakeholders on client engagements.
- Provide technical advisory support, participate in architecture reviews and discovery sessions, and communicate engineering decisions and product capabilities.
- Mentor engineering teams and contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, best practices, innovation strategies, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in product engineering, software engineering, cloud engineering, AI engineering, or related domains.
- Experience designing and building cloud-native applications and reusable software assets on AWS.
- Experience developing AI, machine learning, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment frameworks, proof-of-concepts, reusable accelerators, testing frameworks, and productized assets.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable product architectures and supporting enterprise AI transformation and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent minimum 12 years of work experience, or an associate degree with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Deep understanding of AWS cloud services, cloud-native architectures, software engineering, infrastructure-as-code, DevOps, testing automation, and cloud security.
- Experience with agentic AI solutions, intelligent automation platforms, reusable AI assets, generative AI, orchestration frameworks, intelligent agents, and evaluation methodologies.
- Ability to lead complex engineering initiatives across cross-functional teams, with strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with AWS Bedrock, AI orchestration platforms, MLOps, modern engineering operating models, reusable frameworks, patents, publications, innovation programs, or thought leadership.
