Responsibilities
- Translate business and technical requirements into reusable AI-enabled products using Google Cloud services.
- Design and build reusable agentic AI assets, workflows, reference architectures, and deployment accelerators.
- Develop proof-of-concepts, pilot solutions, packaged AI assets, and reusable software accelerators.
- Create infrastructure-as-code templates, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment frameworks.
- Integrate AI products with enterprise systems, APIs, cloud services, and data platforms.
- Develop testing, validation, evaluation, monitoring, and quality assurance frameworks for AI-enabled products.
- Establish engineering standards, coding guidelines, governance, version control, release management, and continuous improvement practices.
- Partner with sales, architects, product owners, delivery teams, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor engineering teams on GCP engineering, AI product development, and agentic architecture.
- Contribute to reusable frameworks, thought leadership, innovation programs, and capability development.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in product engineering, software engineering, cloud engineering, AI engineering, or a related field.
- Experience designing cloud-native applications and reusable software assets on Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, automation, intelligent workflows, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and automated deployment frameworks.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable product architectures and develop proof-of-concepts, reusable accelerators, testing frameworks, and productized assets.
- Experience supporting enterprise AI transformation and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Preferred experience building reusable AI products and cloud-native engineering assets.
- Preferred experience developing agentic AI frameworks, evaluation accelerators, and deployment templates.
- Preferred knowledge of Vertex AI, intelligent agents, automation frameworks, and AI orchestration platforms.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, MLOps, and modern engineering operating models is a bonus.
- Contributions to reusable frameworks, patents, publications, innovation programs, or thought leadership initiatives are a bonus.
