Base Salary
$132k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to support the sales cycle through technical discovery, product demonstrations, and solution design.
- Build and deliver compelling demos showcasing Okta’s capabilities tailored to customer needs.
- Assist in responding to technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
- Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and solution architectures for customer use cases.
- Collaborate with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant value propositions.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment.
- Stay current with identity, security, and cloud technology trends.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
- Background in software development or hands-on coding experience.
- Understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and web technologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
